Booking Terms

• Per person rates include a continental breakfast.
• A 50% deposit secures your booking. The balance of the booking value must be paid prior to arrival.. Deposits will be forfeited for cancellations made within 7 days of arrival.
• Where cancellations made between 8 & 31 days of arrival, 25% of deposit is refundable.
• Rates include VAT @ 14%. A Tourism Levy of 1% is charged on accomm.
• Breakfast is available in the Tree House from 08:00 - 10 :00am
• Any extras eg food and beverage, must be settled prior to departure.
• Check-in time is 14:00 and our check-out time is 11:00.
• Regrettably no children under 10yrs in the Manor House Suites.
• Reservations are subject to terms and conditions on check-in.
• Children under the age of 10 sharing with parents pay R75.00.
• Rates and prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• Silvermist accepts all major credit cards.
• Electronic transfers & bank deposits need email or facsimile confirmations.
• Late departures may incur extra charges.
• Group bookings, conferences and tours should be discussed with management to ensure the best possible rates are made available.
